Who can take part
- You are 20 years or older and have advanced/metastatic GIST confirmed by tumor testing (CD117 and/or DOG-1 positive, or specific KIT/PDGFRA gene mutations).
- Your tumor progressed after prior GIST treatments, including imatinib, sunitinib, and regorafenib.
- Your tumor testing shows a high P-glycoprotein level (IHC score greater than 3).
- You can do daily activities fairly well (ECOG performance status 0 to 2) and you can be in the study for more than 12 weeks.
- Most side effects from prior GIST treatment have improved to mild or none (grade 0–1). You also need blood counts and organ function (bone marrow, liver, and kidneys) within safe ranges.
- You have at least one tumor spot that can be measured on scans, and you can safely take a new study drug (enough “washout” time after your last GIST medicine).
