Blood test–guided sunitinib or regorafenib for GIST

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have confirmed GIST that is metastatic (spread) or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You previously took imatinib (and either it stopped working, didn’t help enough, or you couldn’t tolerate it).
  • Your health/strength is good enough (ECOG 0 to 2).
  • A ctDNA blood test (or biopsy) shows a KIT mutation in exon 13 or 17.
  • You have not previously taken sunitinib or regorafenib, and you have had no more than 2 prior targeted TKI drug treatment “regimens.”
