Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has not responded to or cannot tolerate standard treatments, or no standard treatment exists.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You are able to carry out daily activities with little to no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have acceptable kidney, liver, and bone marrow function based on recent blood work.
  • You agree to provide a tumor sample (either from a previous biopsy or a new one) for testing.
