AI-Personalized Radiation for High-Risk Prostate Cancer

This trial tests a new way to plan prostate cancer treatment using artificial intelligence and advanced imaging. It’s for people with high-risk prostate cancer that hasn’t spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body, and who have not had prior radiation to the prostate.

Focused radiation boost for prostate cancer

This trial tests a newer, more precise radiation treatment that gives a higher dose to the main tumor while keeping radiation to the rest of the prostate the same. It is for men with intermediate- or high-risk prostate cancer who haven't had prior prostate radiation or removal.

PSMA-PET guided radiation for high-risk prostate cancer

This trial tests whether using a special PSMA-PET scan to guide radiation therapy improves treatment for men with high-risk prostate cancer that hasn't spread. You would receive standard radiation plus hormone therapy, and the scan helps the doctor target the radiation more precisely.

AI learning from MRI and tissue to improve prostate cancer care

This study uses artificial intelligence to look at your MRI scans, tissue samples, and medical records to learn more about prostate cancer and find better ways to treat it. You may join if you've had prostate removal surgery or have advanced prostate cancer.

NCT04402151Recruiting· Phase 2
PSMA scan–guided targeted radiation for higher-risk prostate cancer

This trial uses a special PET/MR scan to help doctors aim stereotactic radiation more precisely for certain higher-risk or unfavorable intermediate prostate cancers. It studies whether this targeted approach can safely treat the prostate (and specific areas needing extra treatment) without spreading to the body.
