Who can take part

  • You have high-risk prostate cancer that hasn't spread to lymph nodes or other organs on standard scans (CT, MRI, bone scan).
  • You are able to undergo a special PET scan called PSMA-PET before starting any prostate cancer treatment.
  • You are healthy enough to receive radiation to the prostate (ECOG score 0–2).
  • You are willing to take hormone therapy (androgen suppression) as part of standard care.
  • If you could father a child, you agree to use effective birth control during treatment and for 6 months afterward, and not donate sperm.
  • You have not had prior radiation to the pelvis, prostate removal, or another cancer in the last 5 years (except certain skin cancers).
