Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have limited-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that hasn't spread far from the lung).
- You finished chemoradiation (platinum-based chemo and radiation) and your tumor either shrank or stayed the same.
- You are in good enough health to walk and do daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within safe ranges as checked by tests.
- You agree not to become pregnant or father a child during the study and for 3 months after.
