  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have limited-stage small cell lung cancer that hasn't spread to the brain.
  • You haven't had any prior treatment for this lung cancer.
  • You are in good overall health, able to do daily activities without help.
  • Your major organs (kidneys, liver, bone marrow) work well enough — this will be checked with blood tests.
