Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with limited-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that hasn't spread far) and have not had any treatment for it yet.
- You have completed concurrent chemotherapy and radiation and the cancer has not gotten worse.
- You are in generally good health, able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0 or 1), and have adequate organ function (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood).
- You do not have active autoimmune disease, active infections like hepatitis B or C, or other cancers that have been treated in the last 3 years.
- You have not had prior immunotherapy or other cancer treatments for this lung cancer.
