Who can take part

  • You have advanced esophageal cancer or a type of non-small cell lung cancer (squamous or adenocarcinoma) that has not responded to standard treatment.
  • You are 18 years or older and have an expected survival of at least 12 weeks (about 3 months).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
  • You are physically active enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney functions are within certain limits (your doctor will check this).
  • You have not been treated with any anti-TIGIT drug before.
