Who can take part
- You have one of these types of advanced cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed: non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer (HER2-negative), esophageal cancer, small cell lung cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, or head and neck cancer.
- You have had at least one prior chemotherapy treatment for your advanced cancer.
- Your daily activity level is good (ECOG score 0 or 1 — you are up and about at least half the day).
- Your major organs (heart, liver, kidneys, bone marrow) are working well enough as shown by recent blood tests.
- Any previous cancer treatments' side effects have mostly resolved (except for hair loss, mild nerve tingling, or stable thyroid issues).
