Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have at least 10 teeth in both your upper and lower jaw.
  • You cannot be pregnant.
  • You must not have serious health problems like uncontrolled heart disease, recent heart attack or stroke, uncontrolled diabetes, or a weak immune system.
  • You must not have an active oral infection or recent mouth or face injury.
