  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You have all your natural teeth, except your wisdom teeth (third molars).
  • You have never had major dental work to rebuild your bite or replace many teeth.
  • You do not have bruxism (teeth grinding) or other habits like clenching.
  • You haven't had braces or other orthodontic treatment in the last 2 years.
  • You can follow instructions for simple dental tests.
