Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old
  • You have had a first-time (not repeated) knee sprain
  • Your front thigh muscle is at least 50% weaker on the injured side compared to the healthy side
  • You have no history of neurological problems
  • You are covered by French social security or similar health insurance
