Vibration therapy to help leg recovery after subacute stroke

Who can take part

  • You had a stroke (bleeding or blocked blood vessel) and are in rehab between 14 days and 3 months after the stroke
  • Your lower leg/ankle lifting is weak (your muscle strength score is below 4 out of 5)
  • You do not have another past neurological problem that would affect function, besides this stroke
  • You can (or your guardian can) sign consent after you are told about the study
  • You can join through your local social security plan (or be covered/entitled)
