Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML).
  • Your cancer must have a TP53 gene mutation (a change in a specific gene).
  • If you have not had any prior treatment, you can join one group (Cohort A). If you have had one or more prior treatments that stopped working, you can join another group (Cohort B).
  • You must be well enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0 to 2).
  • You must agree to use effective contraception if you or your partner could become pregnant.
