Comparing a new drug to standard care for prostate cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer (adenocarcinoma type).
  • Your prostate cancer must show PSMA-positive activity on a special PET scan.
  • You must have been treated before with an ARPI drug and chemotherapy (taxane), and your cancer has gotten worse after or during treatment with 177Lu-PSMA therapy.
  • You must have at least one tumor spot that can be seen on a scan (CT, MRI, or bone scan).
  • You cannot have certain other cancers, unstable brain tumors, severe dry mouth, or serious heart problems within the last 6 months.
