Who can take part
- You have metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (prostate cancer that has spread and is growing despite low testosterone levels).
- You have tried at least one but no more than two prior chemotherapies (like taxanes) and at least one newer hormone therapy (like abiraterone or enzalutamide).
- You are between 18 and 90 years old.
- You have a PSMA PET scan showing high uptake in your tumors (a sign the drug can target them).
- You have at least one measurable tumor or bone metastasis on scans.
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and clotting function are adequate, and you have not had blood transfusions or growth factors recently.
