Who can take part
- You must have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that can be removed with surgery, at stage IB, II, or selected stage IIIA.
- Your tumor must contain a specific EGFR gene mutation (like L858R, exon 19 deletion, or others listed in the trial).
- You need to be generally healthy enough for surgery (good lung function, heart function, and organ function).
- You cannot have had prior treatment with amivantamab or any EGFR-targeted pill.
- You must not have interstitial lung disease (ILD) or active hepatitis B, C, or HIV.
- You must be 18 or older and agree to use effective birth control during and 6 months after treatment.
