Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease by a neurologist.
- Your Parkinson's is at stage 1 to 3 on the Hoehn and Yahr scale (mild to moderate).
- You can walk at least 10 meters, with or without a walking aid.
- You are in the 'ON' period of your Parkinson's medication (when the medication is working well).
- You can use a smartphone (score 35 or higher on a digital skills test).
- You speak, read, and understand Turkish.
