Who can take part

  • You have advanced colon cancer that has spread to the liver.
  • You have not had any prior cancer treatment for this condition.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are in generally good health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • Your cancer is MSS-type (microsatellite stable) and not MSI-H or dMMR, and if your tumor has certain gene mutations, you may not qualify.
