Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Dupuytren's contracture (a condition causing fingers to bend inward).
  • You are willing to have a needle-knife procedure guided by ultrasound.
  • You have not had surgery or a needle treatment for this condition on the same hand before.
  • You do not have an active hand infection, open wound, or skin issue in the area.
  • You do not have a bleeding disorder and can safely pause blood thinners if needed.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you do not have uncontrolled health problems like diabetes or heart disease.
