Testing a new collagenase injection for Dupuytren's contracture

Who can take part

  • Age 18–75 years old
  • Diagnosed with Dupuytren's contracture (curled finger(s) with at least 20° of stiffness, but not more than 100° in finger knuckles or 80° in middle joints)
  • Unable to flatten your affected finger(s) and palm on a table at the same time (positive Table Top Test)
  • Never received collagenase treatment (Xiaflex or Xiapex) before for Dupuytren's
  • No prior hand surgery, needle treatment, or other injections for Dupuytren's in the past 90 days
  • Overall good health with no chronic hand, nerve, or muscle disorders
