Who can take part
- You have a solid tumor that has not responded to or is not eligible for standard treatments
- Your cancer type is one of the listed: certain sarcomas, non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, or stomach cancer (HER2-negative)
- You are able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1)
- You have a tumor that can be safely biopsied, and you are willing to have a biopsy if needed
- You can swallow pills and do not have significant stomach or gut problems that would affect absorption of the study drug
- You have adequate organ function as shown by blood tests (kidney, liver, and blood counts)
