Who can take part

  • You have a solid tumor that has not responded to or is not eligible for standard treatments
  • Your cancer type is one of the listed: certain sarcomas, non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, or stomach cancer (HER2-negative)
  • You are able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • You have a tumor that can be safely biopsied, and you are willing to have a biopsy if needed
  • You can swallow pills and do not have significant stomach or gut problems that would affect absorption of the study drug
  • You have adequate organ function as shown by blood tests (kidney, liver, and blood counts)
