Who can take part
- You must have a type of cancer that has spread or come back despite standard treatments, and there are no other treatments that could help you live longer.
- For the dose-escalation part, the trial specifically includes: platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, squamous cell carcinoma of the anus or head/neck, non-small cell lung cancer, or uterine serous cancer.
- You need to have recovered from side effects of any previous cancer treatments.
- Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts must be at certain levels (your doctor will check these with blood tests).
- You cannot have taken a CHK1 or CHK2 inhibitor before (a type of targeted drug).
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must agree to use effective birth control during the trial and for 6 months after.
