Outcomes in moderate mixed aortic valve disease

Mixed Aortic Valve Disease

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study looks at people with a combination of moderate aortic stenosis and regurgitation, comparing them to those with severe aortic valve problems. It aims to understand outcomes and help guide treatment decisions.

NCT05851209Recruiting
Study biomarkers in people with moderate aortic valve narrowing

This study looks at blood and/or body signals (called biomarkers) to understand why aortic valve narrowing may worsen and what outcomes people have. You may be able to help researchers by undergoing regular heart care plus additional testing like MRI or CT if you qualify.

Bonn
NCT06168123Recruiting
Future care for aortic stenosis

This research study is a registry that collects information about people with aortic stenosis, a condition where a heart valve becomes narrow. The goal is to learn more about how this condition is managed and to improve future care.

Nieuwegein
NCT05438862Recruiting
Early aortic valve surgery versus watchful waiting

This trial compares two approaches for people with a leaking aortic valve but no symptoms: early surgery or careful monitoring (“watchful waiting”). It aims to see which strategy better prevents future heart problems and when surgery is most helpful.

NCT07176507Recruiting
Study of multiple and mixed heart valve disease

This study looks at people who have two or more heart valve problems that are moderate to severe. It aims to learn more about this condition and how to best manage it.

NCT06595992Recruiting
Observing moderate aortic valve disease over time

This study follows people with moderate aortic valve disease to learn how their condition changes. It does not test a new treatment but will help doctors better understand the disease.

Hangzhou, Zhejiang
NCT05310461Recruiting
Early or delayed valve surgery for mixed heart valve disease

This study compares doing aortic valve replacement sooner versus waiting, in people with moderate aortic valve narrowing plus at least moderate leakage in the mitral valve. It aims to see which timing improves heart symptoms and outcomes while keeping treatment safe.
