Who can take part
- Be over 18 years old
- You have acquired (not from birth) moderate aortic valve narrowing and you see a heart doctor regularly for it
- You can and do give written consent after reading and discussing the study
- You do not have reasons you cannot safely have MRI or CT scans (like certain implanted devices, severe kidney problems, bad reactions to contrast dye, severe claustrophobia, or serious rhythm problems)
- Your valve narrowing is not only mild, and it is not already considered high-grade; your valve is not bicuspid
- You can understand and follow the study team’s instructions
