RC48-ADC plus immunotherapy for advanced scrotal Paget disease

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your tumor must test positive for HER2 (at least 1+ score).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan or seen on the skin.
  • Your overall health should be good (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function must meet certain minimum levels.
  • You must not have a history of autoimmune disease requiring treatment in the past 2 years.
