Study of disitamab vedotin and bicalutamide for HER2/AR-positive Paget's disease

Extramammary Paget DiseaseScrotum Disease

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of two drugs: disitamab vedotin (which attacks cancer cells with a certain protein) and bicalutamide (which blocks male hormones that can fuel cancer growth). It is for people with Paget's disease that has spread or cannot be removed, and whose cancer cells have specific protein markers called HER2 and AR.
