Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with Paget's disease and tests show your cancer cells have both the HER2 protein (at least a 1+ level) and the AR protein (at least 1+ level).
- You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities without help or with minimal help).
- You have a tumor that can be measured on a scan or a skin lesion that can be evaluated.
- Your blood counts, liver and kidney function are within certain safe ranges.
- Your life expectancy is at least 3 months.
