  • You are 18 to 45 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 40.
  • You are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and have regular periods (if you are a woman).
  • You do not use nicotine (smoking, vaping, etc.).
  • You are not taking medicines that affect sleep, heart rate, or metabolism.
  • You do not have major health problems like diabetes, heart disease, sleep apnea, or a history of stroke.
