  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Your weight has been stable and you are not very physically active before joining.
  • You do not use tobacco, drink too much alcohol, or take supplements or medications that affect blood sugar or fat metabolism (except some diabetes drugs for one group).
  • You do not have serious health problems like advanced kidney disease or cancer.
