Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with squamous cell esophageal cancer that is stage II to IVa and cannot be treated with surgery (or you have chosen not to have surgery).
- You have not had prior radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or biologic therapy for esophageal cancer.
- You are in good enough health to have a performance status of 0 or 1 (able to carry on normal activities).
- Your blood counts and organ function (liver, kidneys, blood clotting) are within study limits.
- You must be willing to provide blood samples for ctDNA testing and agree to sign the consent form.
