- You are between 18 and 85 years old.
- You have moderate to severe depression that hasn't fully responded to a stable antidepressant dose for at least 4 weeks.
- You have not failed 2 or more different types of antidepressants before.
- You do not have a history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or borderline personality disorder.
- You have not had suicidal thoughts or behavior in the past 6 months.
- Your BMI is 40 or less and you can avoid nicotine for up to 8 hours during the dosing session.
