Who can take part

  • You are scheduled for gallbladder removal surgery using small incisions (laparoscopic cholecystectomy).
  • You will receive a muscle relaxant called rocuronium during anesthesia.
  • You are between 18 and 59 years old.
  • You are in good health or have only mild medical conditions (ASA 1 or 2).
  • You do not have kidney disease, muscle disorders, nerve disorders, or allergies to the study drugs.
