Who can take part
- You have chordoma (a type of bone tumor) that has gotten worse in the last 6 months
- You are at least 18 years old and can do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1)
- You are able to take folic acid, Vitamin B12, and a steroid (dexamethasone) as part of the treatment
- You have no active autoimmune disease or serious infection, and you have not had certain cancer treatments recently (check list for timing)
- You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts) and can take a break from NSAID pain relievers around the study drug dose
