Pilates with or without vibration for upper cross syndrome

Who can take part

  • You have rounded shoulders or a forward head posture.
  • You are moderately physically active (not sedentary, not an elite athlete).
  • Your neck pain is at least moderate (score of 4 or more on 0–10 scale).
  • Your neck pain causes some disability in daily life (score above 10 on a neck disability questionnaire).
  • You do not have certain health conditions: pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, stroke, back problems (like herniated disc or scoliosis), recent injury (within 3 months), or similar issues listed in the exclusion criteria.
