Rib Mobilization and Posture Exercises for Upper Crossed Syndrome

Upper Cross Syndrome

Part of Bones, joints & muscles, Pain clinical trials.

This study tests whether combining rib mobilization (hands-on therapy to improve rib movement) with posture-correction exercises can reduce neck pain and improve posture in people with upper crossed syndrome (a postural condition causing rounded shoulders and forward head tilt). It may help you understand if this combination therapy works better than standard treatment.
