Who can take part
- You must have multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to at least 3 prior treatments, including a proteasome inhibitor, an IMiD, and an anti-CD38 antibody.
- You need to have more than 20% myeloma cells in your bone marrow from a recent biopsy (within 30 days).
- Your blood cell counts, liver, and kidney function must be within safe ranges (white blood cells over 1000, platelets over 50,000, and creatinine clearance at least 40 mL/min).
- You cannot have serious, active infections (like HIV, hepatitis B or C), uncontrolled heart disease, or an autoimmune condition that needs treatment.
- If you are able to have children, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after treatment ends.
