  • You are a man 18 years or older.
  • You have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are good enough.
  • You can swallow pills.
  • You have not had certain recent treatments or other serious medical conditions.
  • You do not have a bleeding disorder or a rare type of prostate cancer (neuroendocrine or small cell).
