Who can take part

  • Your general health score (ECOG) must be 0 or 1 (able to do most daily activities).
  • You have metastatic prostate cancer that is not small-cell prostate cancer and does not have neuroendocrine features.
  • You have already had a second-generation hormone/AR-targeted treatment like abiraterone, enzalutamide, apalutamide, or darolutamide.
  • You have already had a chemotherapy treatment called a taxane (or you cannot take one / you chose not to).
  • If you have a known BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation, you must have had a PARP inhibitor before (or you cannot take one if that option is available).
