  • You have been diagnosed with breast or gynecologic cancer (could be early or advanced stage)
  • Your cancer diagnosis was confirmed by a biopsy or tissue sample
  • You received treatment for breast or gynecologic cancer starting from January 2010 or later
  • If you are alive and can be reached, you must agree to join the study and allow use of your medical records
