Who can take part
- You have ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that has spread and come back within 6 months of platinum chemo, or you have limited-stage small cell lung cancer that hasn't progressed after chemo and radiation, or you have another advanced solid tumor that no longer responds to standard treatments.
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your cancer can be measured on a scan (at least one tumor that shows up clearly).
- You are in generally good health, able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-1), and your blood counts and organ function are within acceptable ranges.
- You have not had anti-cancer treatment in the last 4 weeks (or shorter for some drugs), and any side effects from previous treatments have mostly resolved.
