Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Treatments studied

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests if adding another drug (X) to a standard chemotherapy mix (Pola-RCHP) works better for people with untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). It is for those whose cancer DNA levels did not drop enough after the first round of treatment.

Targeted drug combo for relapsed DLBCL

This trial tests a combination of targeted antibody drugs (polatuzumab vedotin and rituximab) plus two chemo drugs (gemcitabine and oxaliplatin) for people with DLBCL whose cancer returned after their first treatment and who cannot have a stem cell transplant.
