- You were diagnosed with a spinal cord injury that happened before or during birth.
- The injury is in the upper part of the spine (neck area).
- You have been discharged from the hospital or rehab.
- You have not used Botox in the last 3 months.
- You do not take baclofen (by mouth or through a pump).
- You are willing to stop wearing a back brace and foot brace during the day for the study.
