Who can take part
- You are age 18 to 80
- You take stable prescription medications with no changes for the past 30 days
- On each test day, you must avoid alcohol, smoking, and caffeine, and avoid recreational drugs for the whole study
- You must be able to attend about 7 study visits and sign informed consent
- You (if you have spinal cord injury) need certain hand muscle strength scores (1 to 4 out of 5)
- You must not have certain conditions that make stimulation unsafe, like seizure history or implanted stimulators/metal in the head
