Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have had a doctor diagnose you with migraine (not chronic migraine) for at least 1 year
- You have 4 to 14 migraine attacks per month
- You are not currently taking new migraine medicines or starting new therapies in the past 3 months
- You are willing to use a smartphone app (iPhone or Android) and complete daily headache diaries for 28 days
- You do not have certain serious health conditions like stroke, epilepsy, or bipolar disorder
