Who can take part
- You must be 18 years old or older
- You must not be pregnant or in prison
- Your kidney function (eGFR) must be between 15 and 29 mL/min/1.73m², which means advanced kidney disease (but not yet needing dialysis)
- You cannot have had a kidney transplant, dialysis, or surgery to prepare for dialysis
- You cannot have moderate to severe dementia or be deaf
- You must have health insurance
