Who can take part

  • You must have a type of lymphoma called peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) that has come back or not responded to treatment. Some types like CTCL or TPLL are not included.
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse or returned after at least two prior treatments.
  • You must be able to get around and take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0-2).
  • Your kidneys must work well enough (creatinine clearance of 30 mL/min or higher). Your liver must also be working well (AST, ALT, and bilirubin within safe ranges).
  • Your blood counts must be high enough—neutrophils (a type of white blood cell) at least 1,000–1,500, platelets at least 50,000, and hemoglobin at least 8 g/dL.
  • You cannot have active infections like hepatitis B or C, HIV, or a serious heart condition. You also cannot have been treated with venetoclax or a PI3K inhibitor before.
