Who can take part

  • You must have been diagnosed with T-PLL that has relapsed (come back) or is refractory (did not respond to treatment).
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have adequate liver and kidney function, and a heart pump function (ejection fraction) of 45% or higher within the last 3 months.
  • You must be able to perform daily activities with little to no help (ECOG performance status 0-2).
  • If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use effective birth control during the study.
  • You cannot have had prior treatment with a JAK inhibitor (like ruxolitinib) or have active uncontrolled infections, heart failure, or other serious medical conditions.
