Perioperative treatment for high-risk liver cancer using HAIC, donafenib, and sintilimab

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer) that can be surgically removed but has features that make it likely to come back, such as a large tumor (over 5 cm) or multiple tumors.
  • Your liver function is good (Child-Pugh class A) and you have not received prior treatment for this cancer.
  • You are in generally good health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 more months.
  • You do not have cancer that has spread to other parts of the body, severe autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled bleeding, or active infections.
  • You are willing to use effective contraception during the study and for 60 days after the last treatment dose.
