  • You are between 20 and 40 years old.
  • Your pregnancy is considered low-risk and uncomplicated.
  • You are between 36 and 41 weeks pregnant.
  • You do not have high blood pressure, preeclampsia, or eclampsia.
  • You do not have arrhythmia, chronic kidney disease, a BMI over 40, carotid artery narrowing, or a history of stroke.
